About the Scientist

Dr. Aubrey de Grey is an author, biomedical gerontologist, and CSO at the SENS Research Foundation which aims to slow or reverse the aging process through the study and application of regenerative medicine. Aubrey is also editor-in-chief of Rejuvenation Research and adjunct professor of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.


About the Guest Comedians

Natasha Muse is a mom, a transsexual, and a firm agnostic. The SF Weekly once declared her a “Comedian to Watch” in 2014, and in 2016 they upgraded her to an “Artist to Watch.” Natasha features at the SF Punchline and Cobb’s Comedy Club.

Kaseem Bentley is a San Francisco native and has been described by SF Weekly as the "best racial humor you don't feel guilty laughing at," by touching on racial stereotypes without being racist. He has also been on SeeSo and VICE TV’s Flophouse.

Sketchfest showcases the talents of country-wide sketch comedy groups. The festival debuted in January of 2002 at the Shelton Theatre in downtown San Francisco and has grown rapidly into a widely recognized comedy festival that mixes national headliners, local favorites and the best up-and-coming groups from throughout North America for a month of sketch, improv, stand-up and alternative comedy.
